Membership Pricing
Your first visit is free. A full hour with a team member, and we draw your labs the same day. The visit costs you nothing — labs are billed to your insurance or paid in cash, the same as anywhere else.
You don't become a member until your second visit, after we've gone through your results together.
We publish our prices. Same at Florence and Huntsville.

What isn't covered
Sick visits. Anything that comes on suddenly — a sinus infection, the flu, strep, a sprained ankle, a new rash — goes to urgent care or through your insurance.
The simple rule: if it's something we're tracking or you've had for months, call us. If it started in the last couple of weeks, go to urgent care.
ADHD stimulants and chronic pain. We don’t prescribe either one.
Medications aren't included. We write the prescription, you fill it at your own pharmacy. We don't dispense or sell medication.
Labs aren't included. They're billed to your insurance, or you can pay cash. We draw them here, the same day as your first visit.
What medications actually cost
Most men are surprised. If you've been buying through an online clinic, you've been paying for the subscription as much as the medicine.
We write the prescription and you fill it wherever you like — through your insurance, at a local pharmacy, with a discount card, whatever comes out cheapest. We don't mark anything up because we never touch it.
Testosterone (generic)
$50–70 for a three-month supply
Tadalafil or sildenafil (generic)
$20–40 for 60–90 tablets
Finasteride (hair loss)
$30–40 for a 90-day supply
Weight loss medication (GLP-1)
$300–400 per month without insurance
Fertility medication
Varies — we’ll go over options and costs at your visit
Many insurance plans cover these for little or nothing. Those are cash prices, for when they don't.
Common questions
How much does TRT cost?
1
$75 a month for membership, plus a one-time $99 setup fee when you join. Testosterone itself usually runs through your insurance as a copay, or about $50–70 cash for a three-month supply — so most men land around $90–100 a month all in.
Do you take insurance?
2
Not for membership. You pay us directly, which is what lets us give you an hour instead of fifteen minutes. Your labs and your medications can still go through your insurance.
Is there a contract?
3
No. Membership is month to month and you can cancel any time.
Testosterone is a good reason to walk in the door. It isn't what takes men out. Prevention is us managing the things that do; blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, thyroid, sleep, mental health, and getting in front of them while they're still a trend instead of a diagnosis. It's $300 a year on top of the $75 a month, split into two payments of $150: one when you join, one at your 8-week lab visit. The annual fee is non-refundable.
Why add Prevention?
4
Can I start on Core and add Prevention later?
5
Yes. If you add it within your first year as a Core member, your $99 setup fee comes off the annual fee — so you'd pay $201 instead of $300. After twelve months, it's the full $300.
How often will I be seen?
6
As often as you need, at no extra charge. On hormone therapy, once you're stable, it's usually every three or four months. Early on, or any time we change something, it's more.
Do I need a referral??
7
No. Text CONSULT to 256-366-2470 and we'll get your first visit scheduled
